Shipping FAQ

I live in the UK, how much is shipping?

Shipping costs are determined by size and weight so it's different every time. We send every order by 1st class royal mail. Approximately, jewellery will cost £2.00 and plushies and hats will be £3.00 and up. We combine shipping for multiple items. 

I live outside the UK, do you ship to my country?

Yep! We ship worldwide. :3

How much is international shipping?

Shipping costs are determined by size and weight so it's different every time. We send all our international orders by 1st and 2nd class airmail. Postage costs are usually £3.00 and up but we try and keep it as cheap as possible!

How long will it take my order to get here?

All orders are sent within a 24 hours of it being placed. UK orders will usually arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders outside of the UK will usually take 5-14 business days depending on shipping method.

My order has taken longer than stated on your website, where is it?

Due to postal strikes and custom checks, sometimes there may be delays out of our control. If you have any concerns about your order please email us straight away. [email protected] 



General FAQ

I've designed a plushie and would like you to make it for me, how much will it cost?

The cost of custom plushies depends on the size and complexity of the design. Please contact [email protected] with a drawing or reference image along with the approx. size and colour fabrics you would like. We will give you a quote as soon as possible.

An item on your website has been out of stock for ages, is it ever coming back?

Unless it has been taken of the website, it will be back eventually. If you email us at [email protected] we will prioritise getting the item back up before any others. :3

I like one of your plushies but I want it in a different colour.

If you tell us which plushie it is and the colour you want it in, we will make one as a custom order for the same price as the original. Please contact us for more info on colours available! [email protected]

I'm going to expo and I want to reserve something.

Email us and we can arrange something. This usually involves a deposit or full payment but you can save on postage costs this way.

I want to return something, how do i go about it?

All parcels have a return address, contact us first and then you can send it back. We will refund you but unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs.

I've changed my mind and want to cancel my order, can i do that?

If you tell us within 24 hours then we can usually give a full refund. If it's after 24 hours of placing your order you will have to return it before we can refund you.

Your website is in GBP but I don't how much that is in my home country's currency.

If you go on google and type ##GBP in USD then it will give you an approximation in US Dollars. This works for all other currencies as well.

Do you do wholesale orders? I would like to stock your products on my website!
