Cherry Abuku sells a large variety of plushies, mostly being food with faces! Our range also includes other items to add a little cuteness to everyday life, such as hats, rings, necklaces, rings, bows, bracelets and more!
From a young age, we had been inspired Japanese art and all things kawaii, so in May of 2008 we decided to turn our living room in our home in Bristol, UK into a workshop, testing our crafting skills ready to set up a small stall at London’s MCM Expo. Here we sold a variety of handmade keychains, bags and a small selection of plushies. This was a lot of fun and people actually seemed to like our homemade goodies!
We continue to exhibit at MCM Expo and other events, most recently adding Hyper Japan to our schedule. We feel privileged that our customer’s continued support has allowed us to turn a simple crafting hobby into a business, and we will continue to work on new and exciting designs to add to our collection!
